Terms of use

Clear expectations.
Better work.

These terms set simple expectations for using this professional website. By using the site, you agree to them.

Last updated · August 24, 2026

In practical terms

This site introduces my work and creates a way to start a conversation. Specific professional services begin only through a separate written agreement.

Informational purpose

The content on this site is provided for general professional and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

No client relationship

Viewing the site, contacting me, or submitting a form does not create a consulting, advisory, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any paid engagement, scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality terms, ownership terms, and deliverables must be established in a separate written agreement.

Service descriptions

Descriptions of capabilities, services, outcomes, and prior work are illustrative. They are not guarantees that the same approach or result will apply in every organization. Recommendations and outcomes depend on the facts, systems, access, participation, constraints, and decisions involved in a specific engagement.

Professional references and submissions

You may submit only information you have the right to share. Do not include confidential employer, client, or third-party information. Submitting a professional perspective gives me permission to review and discuss it with you, but it does not grant permission to publish it. I will request approval of the exact quote and attribution before publication.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the site's original writing, visual design, branding, and arrangement are owned by me and may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or presented as someone else's work without permission. You may share links to public pages and make reasonable personal, noncommercial use of the content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use its forms to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or confidential material.

Third-party services and links

The site links to or relies on services operated by third parties, including LinkedIn, Instagram, FormSubmit, Google, and hosting infrastructure. I do not control third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Following an external link means using that service under its own terms.

Availability and warranties

I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy or completeness of general site information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of—or inability to use—this public website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and questions

I may update these terms as the site or services evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the posted date. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
